Yes, I really do have all this stuff. And yes, I use it! The variety is super helpful to make sure I get some sort of movement in everyday. It's a “pick your own adventure” vibe, even if I choose to only stretch or stand on the vibration plate for a ...
The exact ring I've used in class for 5+ years. It's great for resistance exercises in upper and lower body. Also one of my favorite tools for stretching!
Pilates Ring / Magic Circle - Balanced Body
My favorite way to gently roll out my feet right before bed. It's the right balance of firm with a little give.
Pro tip: put the ball in a tube sock to easily position on your back against a wall

Foam Roller - TriggerPoint
I prefer going barefoot, but the Pilates studio I frequent requires socks… After trying every sock option over 5+ years, these are my favorites: open toe, low rise, and open top. These are also great for safe stretching.

Pilates Board - 6-in-1 Multifunctional Exercise
Listen to me! You want the handrail/bar option! Without it, I wasn't able to walk confidently without watching my feet. I would either go too slow or too fast without that visual boundary. The beauty is that this walking pad works with or without the...
Walking Pad/Treadmill with Foldable Handrail
I can't find the exact set that I have, but these cards are a good option when I'm motivated to work out. They make it easy to find exercises to target a certain muscle or area of the body. When I'm not motivated, they can introduce a little bit of i...
ND Tip: Deciding the order to do the exercises gives a sense of control, even when you still don't want to do any of them - maybe you start easy and work up or start with the hardest/most dreaded to get it out of the way. Then working through each ca...
