Yes, I really do have all this stuff. And yes, I use it! The variety is super helpful to make sure I get some sort of movement in everyday. It's a “pick your own adventure” vibe, even if I choose to only stretch or stand on the vibration plate for a bit. I keep home exercise low stakes so I can be consistent with my effort and gentle with myself on tougher days.
