Due to my family genetics I had a heart attack at age 53, just like my mom did. I watched her go through it and vowed it would NEVER happen to me. I watched my diet and exercised and it still happened to me.
I have had two heart caths. Both times the dr was able to insert the catheter in my wrist. I believe everyone should be able to have a heart cath as a precautionary measure just like mammograms and colonoscopies.
