At 55, I take supplements to support my energy, heart, bones, and overall wellness. I’ve learned what works best for my body as it changes. Going through menopause is rough so I will also list some beneficial products to help ease meno symptoms.

In March of 2023 I had a heart attack at the age of 53. I woke up at 1:00am and knew instantly what was happening. 6 months later I needed a CABG x 2. This was the scariest time in my life. Gigi is our 1 y/o Mini Australian Shepherd. Oh how we love her so. She came after our Sheltie named Stella passed away from a heart problem caused by grain free food. So obviously I advocate against giving that kind of food to our fur babies.
