Large format shower tiles lend a sense of size to any size shower. We installed 8" x 21" tile in all three of our shower enclosures and it added a presence of size to our showers. Installing these larger size tile does require using large format tile mud, which needs to be hand mixed, but it also means less grouting to finish the project.
Using a tile suction cup really makes installing these much easier, too. A simple hand actuated one worked excellently for me, but you may elect to buy an expensive battery operated one that is able to create a better seal than the hand operated ones. Either works excellently!

Large format tiles
Installing motion sensor bathroom faucets means fewer fingerprints on your nice, clean bathroom fixtures. The ones we installed are battery operated, so there's no need to hard wire anything under the sink. Just add a few batteries after the faucet installation and you're good to go!!

Living in Wyoming, we're almost having Home Depot withdrawls; we used to live five minutes from one, now it's a two plus hour drive to the nearest Home Depot for us. We just have to make very good shopping lists before we go now!!

Lowe's some would argue they're the best, others would say they're second best. Either way, when that Orange store doesn't have what you're looking for, there's a really good change that Lowe's will.
Like the Orange store, Lowe's has in many of the larger communities across the country. Here in Wyoming, our closest store is over 4 hours away, so we really take the time to make a comprehensive list when we go to Lowe's. Shop in the store or shop online - same quality products and service!

My wife and I just finished renovating our house, including replacing 2660 SF of old carpet and linoleum with Navarre Maple LVP flooring. For almost half of that installation, we used either a utility knife or a really crappy luxurious plank tile cutter. Then… I bought a nice tile cutter. I can tell you from experience, a good plank tile cutter will make faster, cleaner, more accurate cuts, resulting in a better finished product and less loss at the end of the day.

When we bought our house, it had a thirty year old fridge that came with it. It worked, but it leaked water constantly, was small, and was on the verge of falling apart.
We focused on getting most of the house done before focusing in on the kitchen, arguably, the most important room in the house! We shopped and researched, researched and shopped, and one brand kept checking off the most boxes over all others: GE Profile.
Sleek design, in door water (interior of the left side door), ice in the freezer drawer to further keep the sleek design, a deli / cheese or beverage drawer, and flexible shelving. The French door design for the upper half of the fridge allows for easy access to either side of the fridge. The in-door water supply can be accessed two ways - one as a spigot, the other as a pull out of the door decanter that automatically refills regardless of which way you used it. This decanter is just about a half a gallon of refrigerator cold water just waiting for you to come fill your glass.
A huge freezer drawer at the bottom holds ample supplies, but the slider in the freezer section, which holds the in fridge ice maker, sealed the deal for us. Easy access to those often needed products, plus the ice, made this one the right choice for us.
The upper fridge and lower freezer are separated by a drawer that can be used for charcuterie or drinks - or both! You choose!

Being the cook in the family, I wanted something that was easy to clean, but also was fast to heat, but versatile to cook with any material pots & pans. I've had induction before, and I absolutely loved it, but it is finicky when it comes to what type of materials you can cook on it with.
We went with a glass top five burner stove top with a two shelf oven that cooks quickly and evenly. Options for baking, convection, or broiling are available and all three work excellently.
There's a storage drawer on the bottom that is large enough to just handle a 16" pizza pan - at a bit of an angle.
Controls at the back are our preference, only because they're easy to access and see - no guessing.
The easy to clean glass top is strong enough to sauté on and can easily handle the largest of canning pots.

The middle rack is great for glasses, small service or ice cream dishes, strainers, whisks, spatulas of all shapes & sizes, and service spoons.
The top rack is perfect for knives, stirring utensils, peelers, and other flat stock that don't have a lot of height to them.
Suprisingly quiet, this dishwasher is probably the best one we have ever had. There is nothing fast about this dishwasher, and the cleanliness of the freshly cleaned dishes is a testament to that. Plan on a minimum of three hours from start to finish for the model we chose to run. But, again, clean dishes are worth the wait.
