This is how I use the Gymshark Training App day-to-day. I mainly use it to log my workouts, track my progress, and keep my routine organized. The app gives points every time you log a session, and even though I think I’ve maxed out the rewards, it still keeps me motivated to check in. I don’t really use the athlete training programs, but I love the quick exercise videos when I need help with form. Overall it’s an easy way to stay consistent without overthinking my workouts.
