Here are my favorite features on the app
I log my weekly split. Helps me remember what I trained last and stay consistent. My schedule runs 8-10weeks. Yes, I do the same exercises for about 8 weeks 😁 and focus on progressive overload.
1. I Use the App to Log My Daily Workouts. 😊
Seeing my weights + reps saved automatically motivates me more than the mirror. The app shows me my target reps + weight plus the reps + weight I did in my previous session.
2. Tracking Progress Without Overthinking 😫
It used to hype me up. I haven’t gotten major rewards, but it’s still fun to see. It gives you 10XP for every session you complete but I’m not sure what you can use these towards after you have obtain your Tier Discount. 🤷♀️
3. I Like the Points System (Even Though I Think I Maxed Out 😅)
I stick to my own routine, but they have full workouts if you ever need ideas. This is good for beginners.
4. I Don’t Use the Athlete Programs, But They’re There. 😮💨
Love these when I need a quick reminder on how to do something correctly.
5. Short Form Videos for Exercise Help 🎥
I don’t need paper or notes — everything stays in the app.
