I used to be a user of the app Flip, a shopping app that closed down for influencers to immediately monetize product recommendations they gave in short videos (of products they bought on the app). I bought a lot, so these are some of my favorites that are still available for purchase! (Some small companies I bought from don’t exist anymore either, but some are still thriving!)

In addition to therapy and psychiatry which I do recommend, here are some coping mechanisms and tools I personally use to help take care of myself the best I can. Remember that progress is often not linear, and a bad day or even long rough patch doesn't negate all of the achievements you've made. You can still be on an upward trend even with those dips. Only expect that you put your best each day- you can't expect more than your best from yourself, and your best can vary dramatically day to day.
