i have tried and tried and finally perfected my everything shower routine. use these to smell amazing all day & have smooth skin all over. i struggled with keeping my skin smooth all day, keeping my scent lasting but i want to share with you what has completely turned my skincare world upside down

i never had acne until probably junior year of high school and after that it just continued to worsen. i would go to dermatologist after dermatologist and nothing. i would try a million products and nothing would work. finally i did research and still some products didnt work but everything i have here are the ones that completely helped me and my skin barrier

i never really had anyone help me with what to get for the gym, what’s good, what’s not good and i think that set me back for awhile. as i continue to go to the gym and find my staple accessories, supplements, etc. i will share them so we can all get the most out of our workouts
