Non-alcoholic drinks (foods are in different lists). Most of them work for me with my dietary limitations, though others are more big hits with friends and family upon my recommendation. I try to go with conscientious brands where I can. All items are completely free from: gluten, cow dairy, chicken eggs, corn, artificial flavours, artificial or undisclosed dyes, anything with caffeine (including but not limited to cocoa, coffee, green/black/white tea, guarana, yerba mate, baobab, etc.); also no turmeric or ginger, as I am allergic to them. Mostly avoiding soy unless it is fermented but will note any exceptions. Mostly avoiding natural flavours/vague ‘spices’ but will note any exceptions (which I only allow upon communicating with the brand about their process). Largely organic/non-GMO, but if it is critical for you, I recommend checking the product certifications. Just my personal opinions, subject to change; not advice, medical or otherwise.
