Alright cupcakes, listen up! My hair is half way down my back and let me tell you it’s annoying but for some reason I only want it longer? Yeah I know it’s weird but what can I say I really like how it looks, so that being said let me show you guys all the products I enjoy that helped me get to this point.

My health recommendations as a young woman trying to live healthy.

As of 12 years old I’ve been suffering with pms and many other hormonal problems that caused so much damage to my body and mental health, rapidly declining my ability to function. so here’s a list of things I would recommend for a healthy, body and mind.

I used to have such bad health anxiety, I would be at the doctors weekly. Trying to get the doctors to understand my new random symptoms, but even though they would check my everything they never found anything wrong with me. I was perfectly healthy. Yet I was still having symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, nausea, stomach issues, etc….. Here’s a list of things I would get if I had to do that all again.

What’s in my bathroom cabinet? Is about the hygiene products I keep in my cabinet as someone who is a very clean person and can’t live without the best products, so here is an example of what I have in my cabinet. I am also someone who love skincare and loves to find the happiest healthiest products for me and my skin which has been a long time if trial and error. I still haven’t found a holy grail for myself yet but any recs are welcome.

Okay okay I’ll admit I’m a huge restaurant repeater but that’s only because I know what I like. Growing up I didn’t get to eat out as much due to my family’s finances but when I did oh boy did I really love those days, but over the years I grew tired of constantly going to the same place and getting the same thing so for my new adult years I have been trying to incorporate more place and things for me to try!
