I love fall so much! Coffee, scarves, sweaters, boots, blankets, knitting, watching the leaves fall. Being cozy is one of the best parts! I love chunky sweaters and cute boots. And just everything to make the house cozy with candles and cute decor.

I believe in taking care of yourself, doing the best you can for YOU and that’s different for everyone but I want to share some things that I love and use for my own self care. I firmly believe self care is not selfish but absolutely essential to your wellbeing. Life is hard and things happen unexpectedly all the time and we just need to take care of ourselves to be able to get through stressful times.
