I eat the same things almost everyday. You might think it’s boring, but that was one of the key elements to my 5kg weight loss last year. I have also discovered that I have IBS lately, so there’s that! Lmao. This list covers my daily meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner. I try to spent around 40£-ish weekly and order at Waitrose.

Hi! My name is Olga and I’m a soft/light summer pallette on a neverending search for products that fit our kind :). This list is a big, compiled collection of products that either 1. Have been recommended by someone I deemed convincing on Reddit or TikTok by summer pallette girlies, 2. I have tried and tested myself. hiya! If you’re here, welcome- this is a safe space for all girls&gays&guys who struggle with androgenic alopecia. It’s 1. way more common than you think 2. absolutely nothing to be ashamed of 🫂 But that doesn’t mean we can’t try to help our hair a little. And there’s certainly things you can do to help! My name is Olga and I’ve been diagnosed with the early stage androgenic alopecia this year. I’ve experienced thinning around the temples and middle part area. My hair used to be very thick as a child, but now- it’s mostly fine and soft in the affected areas (like a baby’s head, my ex boyfriend said- yeah, those were early stage androgenic alopecia alopecia hairs lmao). On the list below, I am sharing with you all of the products I currently use longterm. This is a no-bullshit list and I’m not including things that have not worked for me personally. Therefore, a combination of these products together gives you a good chance of visible results. I invite you to try them for yourself🤍🤍🤍

Im the type that doesn’t like to spend money on bullshit. I want to always optimize whatever health/beauty related products I buy to work for me for the least amount of money possible. This is why I’ve spent the last year researching the world of anti-aging//health supplements. Ive always been interested, but many of them seemed (some rightfully so) like a huge scam. The whole process of creating the list below was lengthy and included lots of iteration. My main points of reference were firstly- Bryan Jonhson’s anti-aging routine and all of his supplements trials. If you don’t know this guy, look him up- basically, he has a lot of money leftover from selling his business and he is using it to carry out experiments on various anti-aging routines/products/techniques/diets etc. and he tests them on his body. I juxtaposed his list with the opinion of a close friend who is a pharmacist (Oxford graduate). My friends conclusion was that Johnson’s list is definitely valuable, but he dismissed a large portion of the list anyway. Reasons? Either the results are laughably small or the product/techniques hasnt seen sufficient proof through medical research yet. The list we were left with at the end is the one you can see below. All yours. Enjoy and stay hydrated🌊
