After baby, these are the small rituals that brought me back to myself. Not shopping - just the calm places and habits I do on repeat in PH. From walks to oat bowls.

CALM PLACES I GO
DAILY RESET RITUALS
CALM PLACES I GO
Every morning at 6:30am before it gets hot. Same quiet street near our house, eucalyptus trees. Baby sleeps, I listen to podcast. My mental health walk.
MORNING STROLLER WALK ROUTE
Corner table with space for stroller, they don't rush me. Oat latte + banana bread. I nurse here openly and feel safe. My work-from-mom spot.
GO-TO NURSING FRIENDLY CAFE
Every 3 weeks, 1 hour of quiet. Same nude color, clean and short for baby. Makes me feel like myself again. PH nail techs are the best
NAIL STUDIO FOR NUDE MANICURE
DAILY RESET RITUALS
My lactation + comfort bowl. Oats, oat milk, dates, cinnamon, peanut butter. Eat while baby naps. Keeps me full and calm. Recipe I make 5x a week.
OATMEAL WITH DATES&CINNAMON
After baby sleeps, I fold our waffle towels, light a candle, listen to a book chapter. 10 minutes that resets my whole evening. No phone.
EVENING TOWEL FOLDS + PODCAST
5 minutes at sunset on our small balcony. Mug in hand, no journal, just breathing and gratitude. The sky in PH is my therapy.
SUNSET PRAYER ON BALCONY
In living room, baby in wrap, slow music. We sway for 3 songs before bath. She falls asleep on my chest. Best bonding ritual we have.
BABY WEARING DANCE
Our sofa corner with cream throw. I journal while listening to one podcast episode a day. No goal, just thoughts. Keeps me grounded.
PODCAST&JOURNAL NOOK
The book that saved my postpartum. Not about bouncing back, about nourishing and resting. Read one page a day. Every new mom in PH needs this.
THE FIRST FORTY DAYS BOOK
Every Sunday, I dump 10 real photos - messy bun, no filter, baby spit up and all. Keeps me honest. Family album in real time.
