My ongoing list of online trauma, somatic, and mental health courses by The Centre of Healing and others. I discovered The Centre of Healing while browsing for online courses. Later, I came across their trauma-informed certificate and gave it a try. It was such an easy to follow course. The online community was very engaged and there were lots of videos and written content. You can get a 10% discount on their courses by using the code FOUZ. One of my favourite hobbies is to create digital products and resources for myself and others - workbooks, worksheets, guides, maps, checklists, journals, you name it, I've probably got some version of it somewhere on the internet (or my desktop). Ofcourse, I'm not an expert so I've tried any avenue possible to see where I enjoy the creative process the most, and where I can publish it to download for free or to sell. One of my favourite things to do with my daughter is read books that nurture emotional development, literacy, and feelings. Stories with fun, relatable characters help her recognise and name her feelings, understand empathy, and build emotional awareness in everyday situations. They say when a child is born, so is a mother. I truly believe in that. In my time, I've turned to books over and over again for validation, support, and guidance through out my own pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood journey.
