These were the items that I ended up purchasing for the space and what I can personally account for
Love this rain head. Was enticed by the good reviews originally, but now that I have it installed and have been using it, I really like the water pressure balance. The main faucet is a little loud though. ($316)

Needed a medicine cabinet that was 30" wide for the space, and didn't have the door crack right in the middle. This was simple and checked all the boxes, and no complaints so far about durability. I recessed it into the wall. ($169)

Definitely a budget-friendly option - got it primarily because it didn't have a brand name visible. But it is loud. I'd go a different direction if I did this again. ($55)

Unfortunately now no longer available, but would recommend perusing Wayfair for clearance sinks like this one was - can find some great value! This one was 36" wide and had a thick ceramic top. ($510)

Basic soap holder for on shelf, nothing special. It doesn't slide around on my marble niche shelves, which is what I was going for. ($8)

I essentially chose this IKEA combo, but with the Enhet wall cabinet instead of the base cabinet as shown in the pic. Works GREAT as a no-frills towel & cleaning supplies storage option. (total cost $282)

Needed silicone for everything that was required to be waterpoof. Got platinum, white, and clear to use in various places.

Bathroom dimensions are 5' x 11' = 55 sq. ft. Without includeing tub space, (will be lit by a fan/light combo), then it's 5' x 8.5' = 42.5 sq. ft. Translating to lumens needed, was looking at light output in the 3200-4125 lumen range.
Designer is the same as my other funky lights, but this is circular instead of square tubing so maybe not the best fit. Also 6000K is $98; wayfair is out of the 3000K version
