Burnout survival is layered and it takes time. It starts with restoring your baseline well-being, identifying your core burnout drivers, owning your unique value, redesigning the work, cultivating non-work passions, and finding your support squad. These are some of the tools I use regularly to help me recover from and resist burnout in the future.
