This book has changed the way I look at habit building. James Clear lays it out in simple terms that really make you wonder why you've never thought of it that way. I've already read this book 4x and I only expect to read it a lot more.
Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
This is perfect for the people-pleasers (like me). What I love most is that she gives actual scripts and scenarios you can use and apply in all areas of your life. Another multi-visit read for me.

A great book on positive psychology and the value in focusing on your strengths vs. weaknesses.
