Thread
My favourite thread for my shuttle tatting projects.
This is where I buy most of my tatting thread from that I regularly use in my work. The thread itself is strong and smooth, making it perfect for tatting and also crochet.
Lizbeth Thread - Size 20 (UK)
A fun thread from Handy Hands. It's three colours plied together, something I haven't seen with any other tatting thread. (UK based supplier.)
Lizbeth Twirlz 20 - Roseground (UK)
A great thread thickness for beginner tatters. It's thicker than the size 20 which makes it easier to see the stitches.
Lizbeth Thread - Size 10 - UK
This thread is similar to Lizbeth thread and sometimes I combine them in my tatting (tatting with the two threads as though they are one thread).
The thread I regularly use in my work. It's strong and smooth, perfect for tatting. (Affiliate link.)
Lizbeth Tatting Thread Size 20 (eBay US)
The company behind this lovely thread (US based).

Yarn
Some lovely yarn I've used for loom knitting, Tunisian crochet and weaving projects.
A lovely inexpensive yarn to work with. I'm currently using it in a weaving project.
Stylecraft Special DK | LoveCrafts
A lovely yarn that works well with Stylecraft Special DK.
Stylecraft Bambino Prints | LoveCrafts
A mercerised cotton yarn with a lovely sheen. I used this for a woven scarf and it was great to work with.
Rico Essentials Cotton DK
Another lovely cotton yarn from Rico. This one is non-mercerised so has more of a matte sheen.

Wildcraft - Etsy UK
I adore this shop! Her fibres are so soft and are in fabulous colours. Highly recommended.
Spin Jones Hand-Dyed Wool Fibres & Batts for Spinners & Felters
This is my go-to site for spinning fibres. They stock the usual wool, such as merino and BFL and also unusual fibres such as bamboo, banana and soybean. I love this website!
Welcome to World of Wool - for all your wool & fibre crafting needs
Merino wool. This is a lovely fibre that's easy to spin.
23mic 64's Merino
Superfine merino wool. This is one of my favourite fibres to spin. A bit more slippery than the 23mic merino but so, so soft!
Superfine 18.5mic 100's Merino
Great fibre to work with. I'm working on a hand spun, hand woven scarf using this and I love it how it's looking!
Maypole Pink Tweed Top Fibre
A lovely UK company stocking hand dyed fibre and more.
