Our Daily Running & Recovery Essentials
Running has become our obsession and an activity that we do about 6 days a week. From easy base runs to more challenging Anaerobic runs, we LOVE to challenge ourselves and see improvement. We even ran a half marathon together last October, and are planning on doing another one later this year. This list has gear like our Garmin Watch and WHOOP, that we wear daily (whether running or not) as well as running shoes, recovery tools, and hydration essentials. Our dream is to be fitness influencers, but for now - enjoy what we have listed here. :)
