I've tried so many hydration supplements, and these are the ones that I like the most. Some of the supplements I've tried in the past didn't have enough sodium, which left me feeling dehydrated.
This is a little pricier option but has higher-quality salt similar to celtic sea salt.
Electrolytes with French Sea Salt
Save money on expensive electrolytes by adding ¼ teaspon of celtic salt to 16 to 20 ounces of warm water. The warm water helps it dissolve. You can also add a squeeze of half a lemon or lime to give it some flavor.
Fine Ground Classic Celtic Sea Salt
I put ½ a pack in my water in the morning as soon as I wake up to jumpstart hydration. Make sure you buy raw unflavored because the flavored options contain maltodextrin!!!
