I've been dealing with post-COVID issues since January 2021. Today (as of June 2024), I'm about 90% recovered. The symptoms that I still have are mild fatigue and sensitivity to touching certain things. I had a lot of other symptoms (chest pain, SOB, air hunger, heart palpitations, etc.) in the past that eventually resolved on their own, so in this list, I will share some things that I did to help with certain issues. I've had little success with traditional western medicine and had a good amount of relief with integrative/functional/eastern medicine. You may notice that some of the things in this list seem rather โwoo wooโ or full of quackery, but I implore you to keep an open mind. I was once in that resistant mindset until I gave these things a try.
