Best 90’s Grunge Albums. Grunge music runs through my veins. I was in my 20’s in the 90’s so these songs remind me of being young. But I regularly listen to these songs nowadays. They touch me like no other songs do. Go discover them for yourself.

Podcasts to Make you Laugh. I just love to have a podcast on the go at all times. It helps me with my Menieres and quietens my mind. Hope you like them too!

Films to watch in bed. I was born in the 70’s so my favourite films to go back to time and again are from the 80’s and 90’s. There’s something comforting about watching things from your youth isn’t there?

Part of going away is having a couple of books to read. This is a selection of books that I've either read in the past year or have just finished. I won't ever recommend a book that I haven't yet read myself.

I just love watching a motorbike tv show. Even though I can't ride myself (due to having Menieres Disease), I love being a pillion rider. So watching other people do it too is almost as good.
