As a busy (and breastfeeding) mom, it’s hard to reach my protein goal every day. But, I’m trying to be more mindful of this in the new year. Here are some items that make it easier for me to fuel my body.
The jalapeño one is my fav 🙌🏼 these are great for a quick snack on the go. 10 g of protein!

Another Costco purchase- 30g of protein and tastes like chocolate milk 🤭

Full transparency- I’m not a huge protein bar girl, but these are the best ones by far. Taste like a candy bar

20g of protein per serving! Perfect to adding to coffee in the morning or a smoothie
Clean simple eats is the best protein powder I’ve tried. I started out with this variety pack so I could test all the flavors- I like the chocolate brownie!

Another quick, on-the-go breakfast idea. 15 grams of protein is great 🙌🏼
