This exercise will make you want to 💀 Those who know, know. But I think it’s amazing exercise to build a booty!
Bulgarian Split Squats
Love this machine because you can hit all of the leg muscles. I simply like it more than squats!
Incline Leg Press
This is also one of the exercises that will make you want to 💀 BUT it’s effective as HELL.
KAS Glute Bridges
If you have a square shaped booty then this will make it appear more rounded.
Machine Seated Hip Abductions
These will humble you so much. Also you can do this in different variations to hit different booty muscles
Cable Kickbacks
This is on the same page as Bulgarian Split Squats, if you do it correctly you can really feel the burn in glutes
Step ups
Amazing exercise for the quads. Works good, easy to set up. I think you don’t need any complex exercises for quads
Leg Extensions
And Leg Curls for hammies and calf’s. Also good exercise, easy to set up

Correct form for BSS. I would recommend doing this exercise without shoes so you have more stability

I love that this machine can hit all, WHEN I SAY ALL I MEAN ALL, leg muscles
Leg Press Foot Placement
At first I was doing Hip Thrusts and then I switched to these, SO MUCH BETTER
KAS Glute Bridge form
I sometimes do both variations when I feel like It will be more optimal to do this that BSS (upper glute focused)
Seated Machine Hip Aduction variations
As I said this exercise really humbles you (especially if you target glute minimus)
Cable Kickbacks variations
I hate this exercise with all my heart but the results it gives are wonderful
