You may have heard about the ‘75 HARD challenge’ but I, myself, chose to do ‘75 BALANCED challenge’ If you have no idea what I’m talking about let me explain. It’s a challenge where you stick to multiple strict rules for 75 days to develop healthy habits! I think it’s an awesome way to start the year and good habits are good for the long run. My rules for 75 days are these: • workout 4x a week at the gym; • 10k steps daily; • 2 litres of water daily; • eat clean & high protein food (one cheat day a week); • read AT LEAST 10 pages daily; • social media for no more than one hour; • learn a language at least 15 minutes a day If you join this journey let me know in the comments!
