Sensitive, Dry, Oily, Combination & Acne Prone Skin Edition! Like is this even a thing? YEP it is! My life for many many years! & now that I am over 40 I have a feeling it will get a little better! NOPE, The Universe said HAHAHA Lets start Perimenopause nice and early for me. I say this with great sense of humor, because well I can't control any of it! BUT I can prepare myself with products I have learned to love, trust, and help aide my skin in all its phases!

Listen, I am still trying to figure out the ins and outs of this sport! Some may say “it's just running” BUT it's so much MORE! I have tried several shoes, finally found one that I LOVE for now (this may change again)! I have thrown away a handheld water bottle or two on a race course because I couldn't stand holding it anymore AND I found glasses that don't slip down my schweaty face and allow me to see under any weather circumstance (I have blue eyes or as my mama calls them “sensitive eyes”! SO I may not know it all, but I am happy to share what I have tried or used!

My Favorite Protein Drinks After VSG- Its hard for me to always eat my protein to reach my daily protein intake. These products give me the ability to reach those goals without sacraficing my progress on my VSG journey! Sometime drinking your protein is necessary and these make it easier to reach those goals!
