We have alot to offer in ND. It may be a less populated state, but I have been lucky enough to live here my whole life. I really wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I’ve been sugar free for 14 years and gluten free for 9. I try to stick to mostly whole foods but these are delicious and I don’t feel guilty eating them.

I am gluten free, sugar free, try to watch the soy I consume and try to limit processed foods. I am not perfect in my eating, but try to be careful in what I consume.

I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease so I am working to change all my products to be clean

If it is not comfortable, I am not interested in wearing it. Put me in an over sized cardigan and a graphic T plus stretchy jeans, I’m happy. These are some of my favorites!

These books are must reads. Some are thought provoking and work on your mindset. Others are for entertainment purposes only. Highly recommend!
