
I created this list because my daughter is both celiac and neurodivergent and finding foods that are truly safe, delicious, and sensory-friendly has been a mission worthy of a superhero. (Seriously, I deserve a cape by now.) Avoiding gluten is tough enough, but add in sensory sensitivities, and it’s like playing a high-stakes game of “Will She Eat This or Will It Be Launched Across the Room?” This list is my way of helping other parents (and anyone else on a similar journey) find foods that are not only certified gluten-free and celiac-safe but also gentle on textures, flavors, and routines — because food should be safe, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun.
