We just got back from an amazing trip to Maine, and it was everything we hoped for (and more!). Think stunning coastal views, endless lobster feasts, blueberry everything, cozy local bars, fresh-off-the-boat seafood, scenic hikes, and even a lobster boat cruise.

I’ve been a loyal Lulus customer for years, and they’ve never let me down. With my work schedule (12hr midnights/ swing schedule), it’s hard to always eat healthy and get all the proper nutrition in every day. Here is a list of supplements and vitamins I take. I started this regimen about 6 months ago, I have noticed a significant improvement in my mental health and overall health. You will notice, a lot of these are gummies, this is because I don’t love to swallow pills. This is just a personal preference. I also added in something that I started using to help with my physical health. Please note, this is not medical advice as I am not a doctor—just sharing what has worked for me personally.
