The Vitamins And Supplements That I Take In My Attempts To Be More Healthy ♥️
With my work schedule (12hr midnights/ swing schedule), it’s hard to always eat healthy and get all the proper nutrition in every day. Here is a list of supplements and vitamins I take. I started this regimen about 6 months ago, I have noticed a significant improvement in my mental health and overall health. You will notice, a lot of these are gummies, this is because I don’t love to swallow pills. This is just a personal preference. I also added in something that I started using to help with my physical health.
