
I know there’s a lot of debate in parent communities about screen time. While I agree that too much screen time isn’t healthy for children, I believe what they watch is just as important—if not more.
As a child, I actually learned more from educational videos than I did from some of my own teachers. That’s why I don’t fully discourage screen time; instead, I’m intentional about what’s on the screen. Educational content with lower sensory stimulation can actually benefit your child.
