Journaling Starter Kit
Journaling is such an important part of my mental health journey that comes with so many benefits. There are many things to journal about like your inner child, your day, shadow work, your goals, etc. I always love to have a journal handy to record things when I need to during the day. I wanted to share what you need if you are interested in journaling. Now, you don't need these to journal you really could use just a pen and paper. But if you want to spruce up or romanticize a bit this one is for you.
