These are the small daily rituals that help me feel nourished, energized, and centered. From soothing cacao and functional beverages to supplements that support my health, these are the things I reach for to start my day on the right note and keep me feeling my best.

I’m all about curating a workspace that sparks joy and inspires me to create and work with intention. I don’t spend enough time at a computer to justify the most expensive equipment, but I do prioritize quality items that are well-made, functional, and built to last. This list is a collection of tools and essentials that support focus, creativity, and ease — nothing flashy, just things that do their job well and make working feel more enjoyable.

My go-to grocery staples. I prioritize products with simple, recognizable ingredients and minimal additives, and I look for packaging that’s recyclable in my area (glass, cans, #1 & #2 plastics). Nothing fancy—just choices I feel good about that are better for my body and the earth.

For as long as I can remember I have been introspective and curious about who I am and why I am the way I am. I've been in therapy on and off throughout the years but I believe I have made the most progress on my own by reading books and always approaching myself with curiosity. Interestingly enough, I have found that I don't trust anyone as much as I trust in my own ability to love, nurture, and heal myself.

I’m learning how to build a healthier relationship with money—one that feels stable, intentional, and aligned with my goals. I’ve found it helpful to keep my savings and investments spread across a few trusted platforms instead of relying on just one account. I personally use Robinhood for simple investing, Betterment for long-term IRA savings, and PayPal for their solid interest rate on savings. I’m also working on paying off credit cards and learning to use them wisely, so I only recommend them if they truly support your financial habits and goals.
