I love to read- physical books, ebooks, audiobooks, heck even cereal boxes. My tastes run from comfy cozies to litRPG, thrillers and killers to history and politics. About the only thing you won’t find on my reading list is romance. Let’s swap ideas.

At the beginning of 2026, I wanted to learn something new that wasn’t computer related. I decided it would be bread. Lots of stumbles and still some good bakes. My skills are improving. Here are some of the brands, tools, and resources I use.

Every year, I set a reading goal and part of the goal includes seeking out new books, new perspectives, or new works by favorite authors. This growing list has some of my discoveries both from indie self-published authors and those using more traditional publishing paths.

I love to try new food and go on mini adventures. Discovering hidden gems in Sumner, and surrounding counties, is my idea of a fun day. Even more fun, finding the non-chain or small local chains. Supporting small businesses is my goal.
