I make a lot of sourdough and always have tons of discard. I know I can throw it away, but if I can find a use for it that’s always the route I’ll take!

These are tools I teach for constantly while baking. I don’t have a lot of space in my kitchen so I’m picky about what I use.

This is my realistic list of what I’m baking this holiday season.

I make most of these on repeat for breakfasts and snacks. I usually keep them in the freezer and thaw overnight so that I can mix it up!

There are so many cookbooks out there and we might only use a few recipes here or there. These are the cookbooks that I repeatedly go to.

There are so many good muffin recipes out there, but these I keep on repeat.
