I have been working from home now for the past five and half years and I have never loved a job more!!! I do all day meetings and I am on camera all day ..BUT only from the waist up 😆 I love to wear cozy jammy pants , warm fluffy socks and house shoes in the Fall and Winter when I work the most! I typically drink coffee and hot tea in the mornings and tons of sparkling water during the day. I am so blessed to live what a do and get to be HOME 🏡 ❤️

I wasn’t a video game kid. I played outside so I had no interest. When Covid hit I was 43 and I was home from work. I had bought a Nintendo Switch for my son right before, and he had just gotten his PS5 so wasn’t interested. I started playing it and now I AM 💯 % HOOKED 😊😊 I play about everyday , it’s such an amazing way to unwind a checkout. Better than wine and no hangover 😵

I come from an amazing family of Artists and I have been exposed to such creative , individuals as friends! I have painted, sculpted, sketched for as long as I can remember. I won multiple awards for art starting in elementary school. The most amazingly beautiful thing about art is it’s yours and it allows others to see you more deeply through what you share. It’s the tangible form of complex ideas and emotions! It’s intoxicating 💗

Maturing means making adjustments in terms of everything, including staying active! I am a certified Yoga Teacher but after breaking my wrist three years ago I have had to slowly get back to my practice. ( Can you get PTSD from breaking your bones 😆🙄) It’s been a challenge and I’m still not there yet , but I am trying. Walking, weights , swimming and hiking are the things that I can enjoy along with my yoga. Recovery is also important and giving yourself some grace. The goal is health not esthetics for me!

She’s here , she’s tough and she ain’t leaving! We are all just doing the best we can! Here are some things that have helped.

New to this! Found out I have Celiacs about a year and a half ago, talk about a bummer. I love bread and baking. Cupcakes..😭my kryptonite! It’s hard everyday but I’m slowly learning to make changes. My goal is to make the best lemon and peanut butter gluten free cupcakes ever. I have always eaten at home more than out, I like to cook and I love to know what’s in my food.But now I’m almost scared to eat out because when you get “ glutened” it’s a spiral of issues. I’m hoping to learn more from others and their recommendations on this platform.

These are the things that I would consider weekly staples. I cook at home a lot. I love to cook, turn up the music, and TUNE OUT! I try and make most of our food homemade when I have time.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to read! I am always looking for new books and I love reading from all genres ( except Romance 🙄, not for me but do you). Share , share please! And even the Romance , who knows you may have one that changes my mind.
