Legoland NY with kids ages 2-10. We’ve gone multiple times now, and I feel like I have perfected our packing list. We love it here, but I end up packing so much because the food is truly awful. At the end of a long park day, no matter how much we ate, everyone is BIG hungry late night in the hotel room. It’s absolutely worth staying on property, but be prepared. A huge priority for our Legoland trips is food and snacks 😅

I'm starting to Junk Journal, and here are my essentials to START with. I'll also add the little additions I'd like eventually, but truly it's about using what you have and what you come across. It's about keeping bits of what would have otherwise been junk, and turning that into art. It doesn't have to look curated. It's a less/no waste creative outlet.

These are the healthier swaps I go for. Sometimes a little treat is all I need for a bit of dopamine. It’s not always chocolate or candy, now I feel that same satisfaction from my favorite healthy snacks and drinks. I’m SO GLAD more and more clean ingredient options are popping up everywhere!

These are products that I’ve been using for months or years, and have been working extremely well for me. I make coffee at home every day, and it’s what makes me happiest in the mornings.

Sensory toys, fidgets, and accessories for kids and adults. These are great for play, hand strengthening, and anybody who finds sensory play grounding and relaxing! Sensory seeking adults and kids can have different preferences. These are just the products that my sensory seeking child and I recommend based on our experience 💞

Valentine's Day items that I love! I either own the exact item, or a similar style from the same line. I keep a small collection of Valentine's Day decor and reuse it every year! I like disposable tablecloths because my youngest will 100% destroy it, but pretty much everything else is reusable! I like Valentine's Day products that aren't one time use that I feel wasteful about afterwards. If it's disposable, it's likely something we spent time crafting as a project together and the kids' didn't want to keep after a few weeks.

After going through a major hair loss period that left me with multiple bald patches, I know how emotional and overwhelming hair loss can be. This list includes the exact products and routines that helped my hair regrow and strengthen over time. My bald patches are now fully grown in, and these items played a big role in supporting that process. This is not a quick fix or overnight solution. Hair regrowth takes consistency, patience, and a gentle approach that supports both the scalp and the hair you already have. These are products I personally used and still use to maintain healthy growth.

Wedding guest dresses and jumpsuits from my favorite brand! I own at least 6 of these. Lulus never disappoints! Their fabrics are luxurious and flattering, and the styles they release are never boring or plain. Even the most simplistic dress has small details that make it stand out.

Grab and go snacks that are high in protein. These are great for busy days, family outings, snacking while running errands, or anytime you need a boost of protein without a bunch of calories. Keep energy up while you're out! These are kid-friendly options because they don't have any weird fillers or artificial ingredients that I don't *personally* feel comfortable feeding my own kids. Everybody parents differently, so this is purely my own opinion. You do you :)

A top gift list for 5th-grade boys, based on my 10-year-old son's favorites. These are all items he and his friends and classmates love right now. Think 10-year-olds through 13-year-olds. Toys are a bit less interesting at this age, but some of them still spark interest! Mr. Beast items have been a huge hit for my 5th grade boy and his friends. Anything that their favorite streamers are using or promoting? Yep, high up on their wishlists!
