Grab and go snacks that are high in protein. These are great for busy days, family outings, snacking while running errands, or anytime you need a boost of protein without a bunch of calories. Keep energy up while you're out! These are kid-friendly options because they don't have any weird fillers or artificial ingredients that I don't *personally* feel comfortable feeding my own kids.
