I 100 percent believe in fluoride in dental care and cannot use sodium laurel sulfate due to it making my skin break out. I personally stick to regular string floss, water flossers have never been my thing

My face is more sensitive than my body so I can use different products/ingredients. I can't use coconut oil which make things a little difficult but not impossible! I need to exfoliate daily so I prefer lotions with chemical exfoliates and With me being pre-diabetic my skin is rougher than most.

Ingredient Checkers/Lists I use for pore clogging/fungal acne!
8 items
I always check the ingredients of products before I purchase them, I've always had sensitive skin and as I've gotten older I've also developed dehydrated in rough texture. For my body I don't need the product to be fungal acne safe either. Using these checkers has helped me avoid a lot of unnecessary breakouts.

PCOS/Pre-diabetes Supplements
10 items
No metformin for me, these supplements help with my PCOS symptoms and keep my cycle regular. Always take supplements with food and water! In the middle of the meal is the best so there's some food in your stomach before you take them. Also if you are over 200lbs like I am you might have to double your dosage. I believe most supplements and medicines are dosed for 160lbs.

For most foundations and base products, they must be fungal actually safe but if I have a primer underneath, I can get away with it. I can use makeup products that aren't fungal safe as lang as I remove the properly.

Since using regular table sugar or honey should be kept at a low usage I go for these sweeteners that are not chemical based! There are zero calories and have caused me no stomach issues, chemical sweeteners hurt my stomach and cause bloating.
