Not only do I keep toxins in my household to a minimum for the sake of rescue cats and kittens who roam through my house, but I also do it for my own health, and because I recycle my grey water to feed my veggie garden. Note: I am in Australia and for Aussie products I try to find websites who ship overseas, but that's not always possible.

For those in Sydney who love quality vegan food, here are my recommendations! I just love supporting business' who take pride in what they do and do it well, as well as ethically as possible. This list will grow as I continue to remember more!

These are products I use and love as a cat mummy.

I have been VERY selective about the books in this list. Take what resonates and leave the rest to see which puzzle pieces fit into the larger picture and which ones don't. I grew up in fundamentalist modern Christianity which was hell-bent on keeping us away from esoteric knowledge by painting it as “evil” and it's true that there are many false light authors out there I would not recommend who teach inverted versions of esoteric truths and use them to serve the ego but don't let them stop you from discovering your greatest potential just because they are muddying the waters. I have done a lot of work trying to differentiate true light teachings from false light teachings and that is not an easy job as the negative powers are incredibly cunning and so far, this is the best I have done. Most of these books would suit those who, like me, have a Christian background (the background knowledge acts as a reference point).
