They have enough advertising and endorsements but seriously they are the best runners out there in my opinion when talking middle or short distance wanting something light weight and optimal for speed and comfort. Nike does it well, guess that's why they are so well known and I feel warranted jumping on this bandwagon. For lateral movement and anything cross training and needing a little more ankle support and stability I go the ASICS. Thee babies are a little wider in the sole and perfect for Netball, Tennis, Basketball and Cross Training. By their powers combined they are the perfect footwear.

The Body Shop is an iconic brand. Always has been, always will be. The top USP's for me are: quality ingredients, affordability, fragrance. These guys know how to care for self and they pop it in little jars for us to take home. For fragrance and body I would recommend this to anyone of any age without question.

HigherDOSE is a step above the rest in infrared light therapy. Face masks, blankets, pads and more this brand is beautifully presented, exquisitely made and works fing magic on the body and the mind. What is more important that whole body healing? We should not have to fit health around our work day and HighDOSE have found a way you can take it with you.
