Finding inspiration as a Christian Mom can sometimes be a challenge. Here are a few people that I have enjoyed following and learning from. While I may not agree with everything they believe or how they do things, I have found their content helpful in one way or another. I hope you can find some encouragement and inspiration today!

This is a list of all the things I use to manage Crohn's without medications. I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease (IBD) in 2021. I did not like the long list of side effects that came with the medications, steroids, immunosuppresents, and biologicals. In faith, I set out to receive God's healing for me while using the tools He has already created. These are things that have all helped me in one way or another to be victorious over this nasty autoimmune condition!

I'm always looking for easy ways to add healthy things into my diet. This is one of my favorite ways to add supplements in without having to swallow pills or taste terrible tinctures.
