Before I moved out of my hometown in Massachusetts, so many small businesses grew near and dear to my heart. There were the beauty/wellness spots I would frequent every month, with stylists/manicurists/technicians I knew I could trust and had built relationships with. And, a big part of my childhood was doing art projects with my very creative dad, so he took me to many small art shops in my first hometown (Arlington). And I will never outgrow my love for used bookstores. All of these small businesses were consistently reliable, professional and provided so much value to my life!

I have read 250+ books on the topic of personal development, self help, psychology, healing and growth. These are the absolute best ones hands down that had the biggest impact on my life

My skincare routine is super minimal and clean! No harsh chemicals or long ingredient lists here. I use simple and even unconventional household items to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize my skin. Each product is affordable, multi-purposed, and safe even to eat!!! Emphasis on natural, clean, truly healthy skincare with no BS!!
