Usually in peoples' homes, everything is there for a reason and has a purpose, right? A lot of homes have one theme, some have multiple, and some have none at all. I have a few friends, and some foes, that have asked me what to add to their space to make it more unique, and less sterile, bland, cookie-cutter, etc. Sometimes changing your pillowcases, adding a rug or two, bringing in a footstool or pouf, or even getting rid of something can change your space. Whether you are a male or female trying to add an accent piece, pop of color, or you're just looking, you are guaranteed to find something you like! Again, these are more items that you wouldn't normally just have on your “need to buy” list.

I thought this would be fun since I work in kind of a different environment; a mental hospital. I don't have a dress code, so sometimes I do wear sweatpants. I bring a full backpack with me, and sometimes another bag (I need to upgrade!!). At my job, you can be mandated if you're low on the overtime list, so you could go in expecting an 8 hour day and come home after 16 hours. Here's some things that keep me going and ready to stay!!

When it comes to accessories, I'd consider just about anything additional to our outfit. You don't necessarily full on "accessorize" your scrubs. Badge buddies, reels, lanyards, headbands, etc. Whatever. Just scroll down and look. Enjoy as always!!!

Anyone who knows me in real life would probably be very shocked to see that I have not posted makeup recommendations and products yet. I honestly don't wear as much makeup as I once did, but I still have recommendations for about every step. I did not include much, if any, skin care. I do plan on making a separate list at some time for those.

I've had experience shopping for my nephews, and that's helped curved the fever slightly. There's still so many cute clothes out there for boys! We don't have any kids now, but we plan on trying for multiple. Here are some clothes we would use if we had a son(s) now, and will love to buy if still available when the time comes!

I love shopping for baby and kids clothes. I'm always looking for a reason to wander over to the kids' section. We can't wait to be parents, let alone girl parents. Here's some things I (we) can't wait to buy and dress our daughter(s) in!

I was in the middle of moving; ALL of our clothes except for a weeks worth of clothes were at the new house. Then there was the flood that blocked us in together in a separate town from our main belongings, my boyfriend couldn't get home, my roommate couldn't leave work. Then I had vacation. I was stressed and didn't have any excitement in me to shop. These are things I longed for throughout my trip. I went to California for four days; Disney park with rides, TMZ tour in Hollywood. Then I went on a cruise for eight days; Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta. A mixture of window shopping and what I would buy if I went again

Scrubs are generally easy to find anywhere from Walmart to an actual uniform shop. The problem is that not all of them are comfortable for long periods of time. Here are some of my recommendations for those of you wearing scrubs. Unfortunately this post will all be pertaining to females/female sizes.

I like to be organized in any and every way possible. My junk drawer is even organized. I have A LOT of stuff, so being organized helps make sure you have everything, it's where it belongs, it has a home, and you can easily find where to put it when you're done with it. I don't have kids, but I have a boyfriend who makes messes like one. This is how I do it!

I struggle with keeping my car clean and organized. With working many hours, eating in the car, going from different jobs with different outfits, transporting various people, etc., my car is just a pit for trash sometimes. I decided that when I get my new car, I'm going to get a bunch or organizers and things to try to keep it clean. Hopefully I won't have to throw stuff around to make room for people anymore.

I don't know why or how, but I have always been the type to have around 10 phone cases, give or take, for my current phone. This has been the same way with all of my smartphones. I've had 6 smartphones-iPhones. I tend to reorder the exact same phone cases for my upgrade because of the look, quality, fit. Here are my current phone cases along with ones I always repurchase, and ones I plan to purchase for my next upgrade soon!

I wanted inspiration for a male list since most of mine pertain to women, so I asked my boyfriend. I asked him what was in his ideal man cave, but I think he's biased. For some insight, he was thinking about his man cave, which will be the main area in the basment. Enjoy his answers!

Almost everyone will tell you one thing that's true; you are not going to do it until you are ready, and you usually won't know until it happens. Unfortunately I just have workout clothes. Sometimes you just need motivation to get back into the gym this week or today, or motivation out of a funk. Getting new workout clothes, or window shopping even, can't spark some inspiration.

Shopping for men can be hard sometimes though they seem like simple creatures. A lot of these ideas are inspired by the current wants and needs of the men in my life. Let me know if you have other reccommendations for me to add!

Let's get fall in full circle with perhaps my final fall list until I think of more. Here is everything else from the cookies to the socks.

Fall is a very trendy time of the year. There's immaculate vibes happening all of the time. I'm down for a chill vibe all fall with movies, treats, cuddles, pumpkin patches, haunted houses, apple cider. You get it. Here's some things to kick off fall since we've talked clothes already

I think most of us are excited for the fall. Let's face; we're all usually excited for the weather to change until it actually does. I can't wait for the fall weather, outfits, snacks, events, holidays, sales, etc. Check out some things I'm excited for. Are you excited for any of this? I will make a disclaimer; I did not search for all one size. You can use these as a reference if you cannot find your size.

I've been thinking for awhile now; what article of clothing could I be missing? Swimsuits. One of my favorite things to shop for, especially after I stopped caring what others thought of me in it and instead on how I'd feel in it. Self love is a journey no matter your size or looks. Anywho, I've got some suits for you to look at.

I work at a mental hospital in direct patient care on the wards, so finding shirts, sweatshirts, etc. that are approved to be worn around patients and on the wards can be difficult. You never know what logo or design is going to affect a patient until it happens unless it's sketchy to begin with I suppose. Obviously you do not have to work at a mental hospital to wear any of these shirts or hoodies.

Now I told you in my list about boho decor that my style is all over the place. I'm not saying that I would put every single item in my house together at the same time, but I do like to rotate stuff around. I also don't stick to one theme ever. I have a boyfriend that does not care what I do decor and style wise, so I experiment. If you clicked on my list and do not like it, I apologize, but this is MY style. These are things I own, want to own, plan on owning, or maybe just love to admire. You are allowed your own likes and dislikes, and you are allowed to surround yourself, in your home with whatever makes you happiest.

I don't have many intelligent things to say here revolving candles… I occasionally burn the candles that I own due to my own forgetfulness as well as not wanting accidents to occur. I do have wax pots that are on constantly, though (go figure, huh?). Not everyone has the same preferences in smells in their homes; that's okay. Your house can smell like whatever you want it to. If you're open to recommendations, here's mine! I may or may not have an obsession with lemon scented anything…

I've been on a healthy/wellness/fitness journey for what seems like my entire life as a bigger gal. Now that I'm in adult, I tend to find it easier to eat healthier. My snacks are even healthy nowadays. I really love the website BariatricPal. I get a crap ton of protein in because of their snacks. Here's some of my favorite things!! I just got back from flying to California, vacationing for four days, and then went on a cruise for a little over a week. I'm a very chaotic traveller; pack right before I leave-always. There's more things that make me a chaotic traveller, yet I found some things that will help me out in the future. Take a look!
