I enjoy testing new products, but only a select few earn a permanent spot on my ritual list. These are the ones I’ve finished completely and buy again, no hype, just results.

I have hypothyroidism (I was diagnosed 20 years ago) which means I've had to find ways to tackle inflammation, dry skin, acne, brittle nails, thin hair, low energy, weight gain…all the things. Here's my tool kit that I have put together from 20 years of figuring it out. I am not a doctor or giving medical advice, this is just what has worked for me.

I'm 43 with dry skin + redness and these are my ride or die, never fails me, favorite formulas. Reminder - skin prep is still everything!

I always say it, skin prep is everything! It determines whether you will get a good/bad makeup application, and how long it lasts. If your makeup is pilling you might be layering too many silicone base products, you also maybe using products that don't go well together (water based with silicone based). Allow time for your products to absorb into the skin.

The fine hair fix list, because flat is for tires. My recommendations are here to help you pump up the volume, strengthen every strand, and keep your hair looking full of life. If you're in your 40's your haircare should also be anti-aging.

I feel some what qualified to give self tanning advice because I have a very fair complexion (I burn first then slightly turn brownish), I live in Florida so I'm supposed to be tan. I've been orange more times that I would like to admit but have had success in finding what works for me so I am sharing with you what made the cut.
