I say 30s but to be real, the earlier in adulthood you start taking these supplements, the better. With SO many crazy tools and machines out there, it's easy to make impulse purchases when it comes to workout equipment for personal use. You see it and think “Yeah, this is exactly what I need to jumpstart my regime.” Two Mondays later, it ends up in the Graveyard of Gains. Unless you have exceedingly ambitious goals (In which case you should probably be goin to the actual gym), I have found that it's best to keep it simple with the equipment and save money which you can invest in nutrition, workout programs and other resources to stay motivated.

If you're like me, it can seem like introverts are often left behind in a world that rewards and thrives on extrovert behaviours and traits.
