Sooo let's address the issue everyone “skirts” around when it comes on to this topic… Linens and cottons don't always work for a night out on the town, unless you're on a tropical resort. If you've made the switch to organics and you're having trouble finding materials that are suitable for your fancy dinner dates and club appearances, dive right in. This list will take you through some stylish, timeless pieces made of natural fabrics that are a bit more suitable for all your sundown soirées.

I say 30s but to be real, the earlier in adulthood you start taking these supplements, the better. Keep in mind that a varied and balanced diet consisting primarily of whole foods is usually good enough to give you the vitamins, minerals etc. that you need. For those of us who find it harder to be perfect in our consumption habits however, and those who have chosen to follow exclusive diets, supplements are a good way to ensure you're not missing out on your micros.

With SO many crazy tools and machines out there, it's easy to make impulse purchases when it comes to workout equipment for personal use. You see it and think “Yeah, this is exactly what I need to jumpstart my regime.” Two Mondays later, it ends up in the Graveyard of Gains. Unless you have exceedingly ambitious goals (In which case you should probably be goin to the actual gym), I have found that it's best to keep it simple with the equipment and save money which you can invest in nutrition, workout programs and other resources to stay motivated.

If you're like me, it can seem like introverts are often left behind in a world that rewards and thrives on extraverted behaviours and traits. These are some resources and tools I've found to help me see the strengths in introversion while striving for a balance in my social life. I started using some of them in my daily life about two years ago and not only has my anxiety decreased, but the way I am able to relate to people and foster better communication has greatly improved. The goal of this list is not so much to inspire changing your personality, but to lean into your magic as someone who does not quite fit the status quo and understand how to be more comfortable around those who have a better hang on this sociable thing.
