Use discernment in choosing the numerous rice & noodle dishes because of sauces used probably are not gluten free. But if you are careful you can find plenty to eat that is incredibly delicious.

Gluten free options I’ve found in HH

I was back in Bangkok for the Holidays & 2026 New Year celebrations. I try to visit BKK once a year for a couple of months. I am sharing a few of my favorite gluten free restaurants. Also note you can find a lot of places to eat that have rice noodles or rice dishes but you need to be careful because of the sauces (soy etc) they cook with is normally not gluten safe!!

I’ve been surprised to find as many gluten safe foods here as I have!! Panamá has a lot of options in international cuisine and food sensitivities.

My favorite places in Medellín, Colombia. I could not find any restaurants that were completely gluten free but I found a few places that gave me options & great food!
