Hidradenitis Suppurativa is a chronic skin condition, that causes painful flare-ups, and affects people physically, mentally and emotionally. I have had HS for over 20 years and here are all the tips and tricks I use for this. It can never be cured, and not everything helps for everyone, but these have been useful for me. Of note, I do take prescription medication for this.
