I used these meals to lose 15lb postpartum in 8 weeks! Your meals don't have to be boring to be effective for weight loss (while not losing my milk supply)! 🥰 These meals are balanced, higher in protein and lower in fat to help you target fat loss. I worked with a coach but if you're on your own, I'd suggest using chatgpt to help you determine what your macro targets should be!

What should you have on hand in your home first aid kit?! Look no further! These are all the things I make sure to have available if we happen to need them!

From fashion finds, to fitness, to food, and everything in between, I'm slowly getting my pink back day by day and these are all the things I'm using to do it. Postpartum it's easy to put your needs and wants aside and just cater to your baby. I believe mom needs to cater to herself too!

Windsor Essex has honestly so much to see and do, you've just gotta know where to go! We're a big fan of a bar & grill scene (if you can't tell) and a walk by the river somewhere.

Resisting the urge to buy every single piece of clothing, they're all just so cute!! 😍 Mostly Old Navy, Carter's, and H&M!

I'm currently combo nursing and pumping, these are the things I use in my everyday routine to pump and give our son a bottle!

I'm a new mom, and as I get back into routine, but also finding a new routine and figuring out this whole mat leave thing, I definitely need a few new pieces in my wardrobe! If I had unlimited money, I'd order these items in a heartbeat, but that's not the case. Will definitely be watching sales and checking thrift stores for pieces such as these!

I'm making this list as of 2 weeks postpartum and will continue to add to it over time! These are all the things we use daily for our newborn. Aside from diapers, wipes, and clothes of course.. I feel like it'd be silly to add them to this list 😅

We often go so overboard collecting every possible item we think we might need or want for postpartum. Especially as a first time mom, I had no idea what I'd actually want/need. Ill be honest, when it came down to it, I didn't use all that much of what I bought/received in that initial week. These are things I actually did use. Some of them, I didn't expect to or I didn't expect to in the way I did!

I will continue updating this list as things go on sale, and as we panic order things when baby gets here!!

I want as much as possible in my Postpartum space to be within arms reach, this caddy is perfect for that. I will be utilizing this cart for diaper and baby care things, food and hydration for me, and as a pumping station!

For food, we did a bagel bar, yogurt parfait bar, fruit, coffee cake, croissants and chocolate chip cookies (specifics below)! Bagel bar; Bagels - everything, plain, sesame, cheese, GF/DF - bulk ordered from, Zehrs Cream cheese - plain, herb & garlic Mayo Nutella Peanut butter Ham and salami Sliced cheese Tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers Yogurt bar Honey and lactose free plain Greek yogurt Homemade granola Maple syrup Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, sliced bananas Croissants - from Superstore Homemade chocolate chip cookies Homemade coffee cake Watermelon Cantaloupe

We spent a weekend in Toronto for our Babymoon this past weekend and these are all the places we spent our time (and money) lol! Multiple jays games and lots of amazing food! If you're in the area, I highly recommend the Union Hotel!

All things we've purchased either new or used for our baby's nursery and postpartum/newborn phases thus far! I will continue to update this as we go! Nursery is evergreen and cream coloured with natural wood touches! Such a serene space for our boy 🥰 We got SO MUCH from FB Marketplace, if you're trying to stock up your nursery, check there first!! The other tip I have : if you know people who have recently had a baby or who aren't sure if they're going to have another one but are storing stuff.. Ask if you can borrow it! So much of it is only used for a very short period of time so there's no sense in buying everything brand new!
