As my two worlds of ‘First Time Mom’ and ‘Holistic Practitioner’ collide, I have learned so much about Postpartum support! I found holistic alternatives to popular remedies, and learned ancient wisdom about deep nourishment for healing the Mother. This is the list of what I’ve gathered for this tender period of my life, and what I would recommend to any woman who is mindful of natural living.

As a Holistic Practitioner, I spent SO much time researching items that support a low-tox approach for our newborn. Some of these are low-tox swap ideas, some are against the grain and some are just for inspiration to get you thinking!
