So, I have really dry lips. I mean, I could put on any lip balm or gloss, and my lips will look as dry as the surface of the moon in ten minutes. Because of this, I can't really use lipsticks (ESPECIALLY liquid lipsticks) because they emphasize the lines in my lips and dry them out.
