You might not have heard of this tiny Caribbean island sitting close to St. Eustatius, but it is a great place for hikers. Belonging to the Netherlands, Saba is essentially one big dormant volcano, laced with trails, including up to the aptly named Mount Scenery, the island's highest point. Saba is also known for its medical school for international students.
