Natural care can be CHEAPER and more effective for inside-out health as well. I swear by some of these teas and supplements for better sleep, pain ease, less period pain, and more joy. Sometimes you don't need to spend a lot to look great, and the best “hacks” are in your kitchen cabinet or local co-op herb bins. Also some of the recommendations are from my Grandmother's (may she rest in lavender) love of herbs, the feminine, that beautiful, twisting, pearl-like spirit, and the natural world. Also many tips from my family learned over literally decades! Slather yourself with the fruits and beauty.There's always a balance of cost and sustainability, so I've linked to Amazon in places but also lead elsewhere where possible. Perfection is for pearls!
