Within the past year, my boyfriend and I decided to start trying out new activities to bide our time. One day he picked up a kendama, he'd had for a few years and started playing around a bit. Over the past year we've both picked up tons of new skills and totally immersed ourselves within the community. The kendama community is so warm, welcoming, and full of so much talent. Everyone at different levels, with strengths in various skills. Plus it's a fun workout :) if you're looking for a new hobby, give the kendama a try, i'm sure you won't regret it!
